  • I just got back from the Drs. and have a respitory infection :(
    so no new cardio routine for me this week!

    Yesterday
    D: chicken ceasar wrap on wheat w/ sp fries
    W/O: took the dog for a couple lengthy walks yesterday, probably about an hour and a half total

    B: none :( forgot to grab something before my Drs. appointment
