So our venue is an all inclusive type of venue where they provide all the wedding services but is all pay for separate. When we did the contract we include the videographer and photographer because the work they showed us was amazing she also told us that the photographer was one of the official photographers at the president inauguration which we were really impressed by. The price was high and over our budget $3000 but we decided to go with it because the work was AMAZING!!!!!! we signed the contract in January. Since we decided to to photography and video with them we got a free engagement session. Last Friday i called the venue cordinator to get the information on the photographer to schedule the engagement pictures and she gave me the name and number for the photographer. So i called the photographer and schedule the date for the engagement pictures and asked her to send me links to her website or albums so i could see some of her work. i got the email from the photographer yesterday and it turns out that is a totally different photographer and not only that but her works sucks really bad!!!!! I have some photography experience because photography is my number 1 hobby and i have taken so many college photography classes that i can appreciate a good photographer. You guys can't imagine my frustration right now....after seeing the poor work of the new photographer i contacted the venue for an explanation and all i got was "IM sorry we no longer work with the same photographer" so i explained that was the only reason why we decided to go with their photography package was because of the amazing work.......and she said she would let me know if she could offer us another photographer since is already pay for ....so now we are stuck with no photographer and NO ENGAGEMENT PICTURES 
and no Video because the same story goes for the videographer she also change the companies...ughhhh i can't believe it this!!!
What should I do about this situation? should i wait and see what her alternative is or should I find a photographer and videographer of my choice and try to get my money back?
Sorry for the super long post im just so sad and stress that this is happening when i was finally getting this together. .......
