* Accountability - did first early 530a run today

newbies: feel free to join in! We just post what we eat and do for a workout to lead us to the big day!

Yesterday:
D - Vietnamese noodles w/hot sauce

Today:
Workout - first 5 mile run with my run group starting at a whopping 530am! I did it and then came home and crashed for another hour or so before getting up, but feel good! Tonight we're all going to swing yoga, can't wait to see what it's about!
B - heading to Panera etc for a quick bite

L - salad w/leftover vietnamese noodles
S - apple, yogurt, cookies

    W/O- 15 mins of insanity 25 mins elliptical

    S- celery, dates, and cashews
    D- eggplant and ground beef

  • Last Night:
    Birthday got the best of me. My work took me out for a few drinks (ok 5 beers) and when I got home all I wanted was carbs. I made myself some brown rice, and then when I went to watch the bachelor finale, had a ton of chips and dip... and definitely no workout... whoops!

    Today:
    B: starbucks skinny caramel macchiato and a egg white, turkey bacon sandwich
    S: protein bar
    L: beet salad with goat cheese

    To Do:
    S: protein bar
    D: shakology shake
    W/O: Insanity.
