invitations and favor

Help me pick which to use.  We are having a kentucky derby theme wedding but dont want it too look like a horsey theme party.  should we use option one: Key to my heart invitations and chocolate key favors


option 2: Kentucky Derby theme invite and "lucky in love" chocolate horseshoe favors.

It didn't let me vote (silly knot), but I like the way the first one looks better.  It's more elegant IMO.

1st one the second one looks like a bday party invite.

I like and voted for the first one but I don't think it matches the theme. I think it border on the 2nd one is what makes it look like a bday party invite.

I like the first one, but I agree that it doesn't really fit with your theme.  What about an invitation with a horseshoe on it?  That would fit with the Kentucky Derby AND the lucky in love themes.

It actually SAYS lucky in love, and also Kentucky Derby attire!  PERFECT.  I know it's a bridal shower invite, but you could totally turn that into a wedding invitation.
