Happy Friday and April, May-ladies!
So I'm back from the dentist...joy...and we just had a nice brunch at Panera. Did good with a chicken cobb salad and turkey sammich. Last night did good eating a 1/2 sub on whole wheat without mayo and only mustard and veggies with chicken. In a bit I'll probably have cottage cheese and fruit. Having friends over for dinner and it'll be a healthy beef meal of some sort.
Yesterday I didn't run (soleus was sore) but did 25 mean minutes on the stair climber/escalator machine as I call it. I did 5 minutes warm up and cool down and in between did double slow steps to focus on core and glutes. Then did abs (banana curls from P90x) and 10 minutes on the Elliptical. Today, I plan to do Insanity again today in a bit once my food settles; today is Plyo Circuit Day.
(At 230p today did Pure Cardio dvd of Insanity instead...holy sweat fest!)
