May 2012 Weddings

4/1 Accountability!

Happy Friday and April, May-ladies!

So I'm back from the dentist...joy...and we just had a nice brunch at Panera. Did good with a chicken cobb salad and turkey sammich. Last night did good eating a 1/2 sub on whole wheat without mayo and only mustard and veggies with chicken. In a bit I'll probably have cottage cheese and fruit. Having friends over for dinner and it'll be a healthy beef meal of some sort. 

Yesterday I didn't run (soleus was sore) but did 25 mean minutes on the stair climber/escalator machine as I call it. I did 5 minutes warm up and cool down and in between did double slow steps to focus on core and glutes. Then did abs (banana curls from P90x) and 10 minutes on the Elliptical. Today, I plan to do Insanity again today in a bit once my food settles; today is Plyo Circuit Day. 

(At 230p today did Pure Cardio dvd of Insanity instead...holy sweat fest!)

  • Breakfast: I had a fruit smoothie post workout
    Lunch: I am going to a sandwhich on wheat with oven roasted chicken breast, with some fruit.
    Dinner: I think my dad is going to meet me somewhere down town to go have dinner on my break.
    Snack: Not sure yet gotta figure that out in a bit when I pack my stuff for work...

    Workout: Took my dog for a 1 hr walk it's pretty nice out...

  • Breakfast- Granola Bar
    Lunch- (eating it now) Chille Chicken & Brown Rice
    (ooops I slipped and had a donut- don't blame me they have been only two feet away from my desk for 4 hours)
    Dinner- Don't know yet.  Probably Black Bean Burrito (made by me)
    Workout plan- Going to try for 55 mins of interval training on the elliptical tonight and more torso rotary curls- I'm bound and determined to get rid of these love handles

    Oh we have Vendors bringing things in everyday all day.  Today & Tuesday are donut days.  Yesterday is Panera day.  Mondays is Qudoba for lunch Day.  It sucks being on a diet at my job.

     

  • breakfast: banana
    lunch: either chicken soup or a salad
    dinner: pork chops with apples, stuffing and greenbeans
    workout: It's stopped snowing so I'll probably take the pup for a good walk. I'm hoping to continue my couch 2 5k workout tomorrow.

    W: Workout TWO (haha) on week 1 of C25K... so far I'm going strong! =o) I might throw in some ads and a kettle bell arm workout but it's Friday so I'm going to make it a quick one!
