I'm not sure how I should have our return address for our invitations. Part of me wants to use our future name, but I'm not sure if that's what we should address them that way.
I just used my name. Even though my FI and I live together, I figured I didn't want to advertise it to our more conservative guests. I wouldn't use your new name since it isn't technically your name just yet.

I used both our names on our outer envelope return address, and just my name for our RSVPs. I wouldn't use your new name yet, guests might get confused and think you are already married.
I had our address printed on the back of the envelope when I ordered my invites. I didn't put our names - just our address. For the RSVP cards, I had both of our names (mine with my maiden name) and our address printed on them.
For the wedding thank you cards though, I had "The LastNames" with our address printed on the envelopes.

we didnt put any name on the return address..just the address (people should be able to figure it out by the actual invitation..which has everyones names on it)....seems to be working, and then I dont have to explain to people why they are going to a house in a city i dont live in....(I live at my parents house, but we bought a house in november and FI is living there and we are using that address)

I wouldn't use your 'future' name b/c the big day hasn't hit yet. Ours says both of our (current) names...just a thought. (We also live together, which is why I put both names as opposed to just mine. -- it's been 4 years...that cat has long been out of the closet. lol)
We're putting them on the front of the envelope & we used "FI's Last Name" & "My Last Name" & our address (we live together). Everyone knows we live together since we have a baby together LOL
I know he isn't going to be tearing RSVP's open and keeping track of that, so those are addressed to me at his address. I say I'm half moved in but I've been living there. Also the mail to my place is SO unreliable. I didn't have the outer envelopes printed with a return address, but it'll just be our house, if I buy labels or just write it.
