Okay, so... my fiance and I are set on having our ceremony & reception at the same venue. We toured two venues today, and fell in love with the second one. It's an art gallery, and totally unique. The only problem is that there is no designated space for a ceremony. So, according to the event planner, we have three options for the ceremony. We can...
1) Have the ceremony in the room where the reception will be, then send the guests to check out some of the artwork while the room is changed over.
2) Have the ceremony in the room where the reception will be, with room already set up for dinner, and the guests seated where they will be for dinner.
3) Rent a second room in the facility, which is two floors down, for an extra $325 (This may not sound like a lot, but I am working with a very tight budget)
I'm probably going to suck it up and shell out the extra cash, but I want to hear your opinions first. We can't make up our minds. What would you do?
