newbies: feel free to jump in, we post our fitness/nutrition to keep focused especially headed towards the big day!
Saturday:
Workout - Ran 3.15 mi
B - spinach + egg whites & turkey kielbasa w/oatmeal
L - greek salad w/chicken + lobster bisque
D - chicken tenderes + salad & cheese sticks
Sunday:
B - mini croissant
S - brought apple + greek yogurt to work
L - brought salad w/low fat feta & calorie/fat/carb free dressing for lunch
Workout - Insanity Max Cardio Conditioning
* Our pastor spoke in our sermon today about "walking with God" and viewing your body as the "holy temple" and it's funny because many times, especially running I use that time for prayer and reflection. Good to think about using fitness time for this kind of time.
Today:
Workout - going to run 2 mi + do some circuit...was yoga day but feel guilty about eating out last night
B - fruit bar or cereal + protein shake when I get back
