Good morning ladies!

newbies: feel free to jump in, we post our fitness/nutrition to keep focused especially headed towards the big day!

Saturday:
Workout - Ran  3.15 mi
B - spinach + egg whites & turkey kielbasa w/oatmeal
L - greek salad w/chicken + lobster bisque
D - chicken tenderes + salad & cheese sticks

Sunday:
B - mini croissant
S - brought apple + greek yogurt to work
L - brought salad w/low fat feta & calorie/fat/carb free dressing for lunch
Workout - Insanity Max Cardio Conditioning
* Our pastor spoke in our sermon today about "walking with God" and viewing your body as the "holy temple" and it's funny because many times, especially running I use that time for prayer and reflection. Good to think about using fitness time for this kind of time.

Today:
Workout - going to run 2 mi + do some circuit...was yoga day but feel guilty about eating out last night
B - fruit bar or cereal + protein shake when I get back

    B: eggs benedict w/ 1/2 order breakfast potatoes & fresh fruit cup
    D: 1/2 nachos w/ chicken, 1/2 cheese steak, 1/2 order fries (cheat day)

    Sunday
    L: homemade chicken & gnocchi soup
    D: lean meatloaf w/ smashed red potatoes & broccoli

    Today
    B: multigrain bagel w/ ff cream cheese & coffee
    L & D: TBD

    Eek! It's been a 3 1/2 day weekend for me and I've been bad!
    (On a brighter note- I had lost 3 1/2 lbs on Thursday at Weight Watchers!)

    Friday: mexican date with FI
    Saturday: whole wheat english muffin, rice and veggies, bbq baked beans slaw
    Sunday: whole wheat english muffin, bbq slaw hush puppies, birthday cupcake (my sis's birthday)
    Today: whole wheat english muffin
    To Do:  turkey sandwich, last of the bbq

    back to work tomorrow where I do MUCH better for whatever reason!

    B: two pieces of whole wheat toast with peanut butter and half a banana

    To Do:
    L: chicken ranch wrap
    S: protein bar
    D: brown rice bowl (even though we are going to a movie with FI's parents, and they might take us out to dinner)

    Insanity is awesome. Even though it is hard I love doing it everyday because it makes me feel so great , and my fiance says the same thing :) And I've been told twice now that I already look like I've lost weight :)

    are you following the schedule? How far along are you?
