my flower girl mom is crazy! help i do not know how to deal. she does not like any thing she calls me 5 times a day she has not put any money out at all. her side marks are crazy the other girls are getting up set with her what to do

Depends what it is she doesnt like and why..if you are expecting her to 'put money out', you need to have a discussion about how much and what exactally is her responsibility and what you are willing to take care of. Also are you against letting her pick out a dress, if not, maybe you can just give her a date that a flower girl outfit must be picked out by and if it isnt then you either A) wont have a flower girl or are going to pick something out yourself without her imput.
Have you gone shopping with her for flowergirl stuff yet? Are you willing to let her find something that she likes that might not be your first choice? Just some things that might help.

Like with BM dresses I would ask the FG mom for her budget for a dress. Is there a specific place you would like to get it from, like DB? If you bought your wedding dress there you should have coupons for the FG dress as well.
