Hi ladies!
Just a tip after looking at posts in Accountability... you will NOT lose weight if you're only eating 1000 Calories per day. I thought that was the way to do it a few years ago and I ended up gaining. (Notice the middle pic below, where I ate 1 or 2 meals per day.)
http://www.1000caloriesaday.com/ I started the Nuvaring a few years ago and gained 20lbs. At that time, I was already doing cardio 5x per wk, but still gained 1 lb per wk. I am a pretty healthy eater, aside from eating too many breads and rice. I generally only drink water. The only thing that really helped me out was joing Weight Watchers. Being a Mom, FT student, and PT worker I didn't think I would have the time, but I managed. It actually had me eating MORE food, but better choices, and I ended up losing 15lbs and now have free membership (and more energy)! I don't mean to sound like an advertisement, but I was feeling down bc nothing was working for me prior. I can imagine we are all hardworkers and that not seeing results is difficult, so I just wanted to share what worked for me.
The moment I decided to make the change was when FI and I went to PR with his parents and his mom said that she noticed I gained weight. She was not being rude... but she was trying to ask if I was pregnant! hahaha. I can laugh at it now, but I was sad when it happened.
