S: mini 3 musketeers bar
D: Apple & cheese
S2: handful of chips & a cookie

E: 3 miles/walking, 60 minutes/yoga

  • B-black coffee, handful of hershey kisses that I noshed all day
    L- some sort of lean cuisine thing. Lasagna maybe. I don't know, I eat too much frozen crap.
    D-chicken, pepper and onion stirfry with wegmans sweet chili sauce.
    S- Naked Mighty Mango drinky, hunk of mozzarella cheese

    2.25 miles in interval sprints, ab/core workout. Laughing and sneezing hurt today.
