Don't know who I'm talking about? Don't worry, neither do I...but they had a beautiful baby girl on September 10th!

Why am I telling you about this? consider it a caution about Vistaprint...
I had a groupon to get $70 worth of Vistaprint goods for $17...I decided we'd order the STD's from them to try them out... got them today... half of our order showed up correct. The other half, came with the birth announcement for Janine and Paul on the front, but our back of the card on the back... I called their customer service, but they'd already closed... I'll try again tomorrow...

lol, at least you have a good sense of humor about it. That sucks though, I hope they rectify it for you quickly so you can send your STD's out.

That sucks about your save the dates, but at least your post title made me laugh. Hope they get it straightened out soon. For what it's worth, we printed our save the dates using Vistaprint, and I wasn't 100% happy with the way the printing on the back turned out (which, looking back at the image I sent, it was absolutely my fault they weren't as clear as I would have liked). I contacted their customer service and they offered to reprint my order for free with a new back image. I haven't received the new ones yet, but the fact that they were willing to reprint for no charge, despite the fact that it was my error, has made me pretty happy with them.

Also, head up, you'll get a quicker response if you use their "chat with a rep" feature instead of calling or email. Good luck!!

Was the baby at least cute? That would probably help, haha. Your sense of humor is wonderful. And from everything I've hear about vista prints customer service, they'll send you new ones quickly and without hassle.

The customer service at Vistaprint is great.  When I ordered my Save the Dates they only sent 10 envelopes for 100 cards.  After talking to them I got upgraded envelopes in about 2 or 3 days.

Oh no, we just ordered our STD's the other day!  Maybe at least you'll be able to finagle this into some kind of discount for future purchases?

I have used vistaprint numerous times and have never seen anything like that. I'm sure they'll take care of it asap. Their customer service has been amazing for me and they usually ship their errors out super quick

LOL yup, like everyone said, Vistaprint totally came through. I couldn't use their chat with a rep service because they'd already closed, but I did email them and they're sending out new ones...

Eh, there's too many real problems in the world to get upset over something like this, I just find it more funny, and the look on FMIL's face when FI asked if she'd rather have a Save The Date or Birth Announcement was PRICELESS LOL

I asked Vistaprint if they'd like the birth announcements back or information regarding the people so we could have it straightened out for them if they got a mixup too, but they said to not worry about it.

and yes, it was a VERY cute baby
