So I THINK I have the time figured out:

Ceremony starts at 2:30 ends at 3

Pictures will be from 3-4:30

Reception starts at 5

Seems good to me since we will have appetizers and alcohol :) What do you ladies think?

    Just curious, what do the guests do during the 1.5 hours between the ceremony and cocktail hour?  I don't mean to throw a wrench into your plans, but this happened to us at my cousin's wedding, we were from out of town, and we basically ended up drinking beer in the parking lot of the reception venue, with about ten other guests, because we didn't really know what else to do.  Maybe some kind of information to guests on what's in the area?

    That 1.5 hours can be the cocktail hour. This schedule looks great and you'll still have time to enjoy your day.
