Just wanted to say congrats to you ladies for your engagements! It's a year away!

I'm getting married in 25 days, and I couldn't be more excited. If I was, I might just explode.

The next 12 months are going to fly by! I promise. We have been engaged for 13 months on our wedding day and if feels like just yesterday when we proposed. 

The best thing I was told was that at the end of the day, all you will have is photographs and a husband. The most important thing is your husband. 

Cherish every moment of the planning process and take TONS of photos of every step of the way.

Again, congrats to you lovely ladies (and gents if there are any.)

I'm a June 2012 bride, too, and while the first several months of my engagement seemed to drag by, all of a sudden I wondered where all that time went!! Time is definitely flying by now and I'm really excited. My biggest piece of advice is, Try to get things done early! Then you'll be less stressed as the day gets closer and you can enjoy your last few weeks of being engaged.

Also, stay firm in your decisions. Don't let family and guests run you over. Otherwise, you may end up with 300 guests in a venue that only fits 250.

Other than that, congratulations, and happy planning!! Remember that this is a special time in your life and cherish every moment of it
