Ideas for the exit?

My venue doesn't allow rice, bird seed, bubbles, or sparklers. I have seen the bell idea string a few on a ribbon with "ring in the marriage of..." notes attached. That is my current plan, but I was wondering if y'all had some other ideas?

Exit of the ceremony or at the end of the reception/night?

My friend told me about this so I dont know many details but you can tie ribbons to slicks and hand them out so when you leave and everyone waves the ribbons it kind of gives the effect of things being thrown without the actual mess or cleanup

The ceremony and reception are in the same place so it will be exiting the reception.

Has anyone seen sprinkles thrown?  Like edible sprinkles?  I saw it on Pinterest... and it looks adorable!
