June 2013 Weddings

Accountability... fess up!

We all said we would get back into it this week, so fess up!

B- black coffee
L- Healthy Choice Kung Pao Chicken
S- Luna bar
D- Wegmans prepackaged turkey, veggie and swiss on organic multigrain bread

E- ran 2.5 miles in 24:29" and walked my dog about 1.2-ish miles this afternoon.

    D- Pineapple chicken with kung pao sauce and spanish rice
    I didn't want dessert, but of course my mom puts a piece of cheesecake in front of my face. I am upset because I lost 2 lbs last week, and I feel like she pushed me off the healthy wagon. but I promise, I only had a little piece.

    I drank mostly water all day, and I walked/jogged about 2 miles.

    B: my usual S: handful of almonds L: cup of chicken soup and small ceaser salad S: apple D: steak and rice No exercise again but I plan on getting up at least 20 minutes early to do yoga and FI is putting together a circuit training workout for me.

  • I am going to join you girls on this thread!! I need it! I'm on WW as well, but I fall off the wagon EVERY SINGLE weekend! Grrr! This weekend I made "slutty brownies" (hot topic of convo last week!) because I had some guests come into town, and those tasty treats were my demise.

    Starting over, yet again!!! Today I was good until lunch...then it progressively got bad. Tomorrow is a brand new day!

  • Today was much better compared to my awful weekend bnock till not good on kind of food and exercise and was baking for fiancé care package ugh feel so fat writing this out. B: half a cinnamon raisen bagel with non fat cream cheese S: wheat thins and laughing cow cheese L: garlic chicken pasta frown meal D: kimchi noodle bowl S: making cookies and bars to send to my fiancé in care package and have managed to resist not eating any of the finished products but have eaten a little bit of batter just to make sure it tasted right :) I really need to get back in a workout routine again

  • Oh goodness. I don't even know how bad I did. I'll try to recall and feel guilty.

    B: Mt. Dew and Poptarts
    L: Lean Cuisine Pepperoni Pizza and a Coke
    D: Arby's ham and chedder melt, curly fries, and Coke.
    S: A few pretzels and an Oreo Klondike bar. And probably a couple more sodas.

    E: Absolutely nothing. I was running around all day at work and was exhausted when I got home. Feel free to tell me how awful I am and that this is the reason I'm too heavy. Ugh...

    B: Special K cereal bar, banana, coffee with cream, and a really small cheese danish since I forgot my Special K shake.
    L: Special K cereal, two small apples, and a Special K fruit crisp.
    D: One pork chop with applesauce and green beans
    S: Small chocolate mocha filled whoopie pie

    E: 3 mile run with my beagle

    Lots and lots and lots and lots of water!

    Also- my triathlon is Sunday, but lately something has been pulling in my quad just when I run :-\  I make it a little over a mile before it starts to hurt a bit, and it's pretty bad by the time I get home.  Luckily, that's the last event in the tri, and then I will probably take a week off of exercise and go to the doc when I get back from the Olympics.

  • mrsk - OMG! So sorry camp money was stolen!

    B- cheerios and iced coffee (16 oz)
    S- nature valley strawberry yogurt bar
    L- Dannon oikos fruit on the bottom greek yogurt and two slices of pb bread. Yeah I'm weird. Lol.

    D- Frozen pizza dipped in ranch, 2 handfuls of pb m&m's, and a New Glarus Totally Naked Beer. (This was my FI made dinner and trying to cheer me up meal)

    We didn't go on a walk since I didn't want to talk about anything. I was hella mad at the world last night and didn't enjoy Bachelor Pad as much as I would. Give FI props for watching it with me thought!
