June 2013 Weddings

Tuesday Accountability

Sorry this is so early, but I don't know if I'll be able to get on the computer later on and I wanted to get this down. I did better than I did yesterday, but not as good as I would've hoped.

B- Instant Breakfast drink (this is what I have every single day, it rarely changes unless I'm out and forget to go to the store.)
L- peanut butter and jelly on crackers (6 total) and a pudding snack.
S- mini muffins, and a few bites of the tortelinni salad from yesterday.
D- Am going to have a burger but with no cheese and no bun (I hate cheese, and I never eat my burger on a bun, it;s gross to me) with salad and a VERY SMALL handul of fries.

    L - Sandwich from Mr. Goodcents.  Probably not healthy ...
    S - None
    D - We're going to have vegetarian Lasagna.

    I also moved tons of heavy furniture and rearranged my house today/yesterday, I feel that should count as a workout as I was doing so in 110 degree weather :)

    Edit: I can't spell "sandwich", "vegetarian", or "Lasagna" apparently.

  • B- kashi go lean crunch with 1/2 cup 1% milk L- lean cuisine broccoli dip with pita bread, powerade zero S- 2% cheddar cheese stick D - Mexican lasagne, cherry coke zero (it's in the oven now and I can't wait to eat it!) S- Italian ice & water I started using my fitness pal again since my FI, sister, and mom are using it

  • I'm doing better than yesterday, though not by much.

    B: Bottle of water and a chewy bar.
    S: 2/3 can of soda
    L: McDonalds honey mustard snack wrap, half of a small order of fries, and a small lemonade.
    S: Another soda, I know I have a problem.
    D: We bowl on Tuesdays so we eat there. I'll end up having pizza and splitting a Mt. Dew with FI.

    Exercise: I've been at work all day but walked here from my house so that's better than nothing. And we have bowling tonight so that's some exercise.

    B- Black coffee
    L- Lean cuisine French bread pizza and one of two servings of a lean cuisine spinach dip and pita (you get to see just how much frozen food I eat, though our microwave died, so that might decrease until we get a new one).
    S-Luna bar
    D- 2 whole eggs, 2 egg whites, 1 cup broccoli and 1/4 cup fat free cheddar cheese
    S- 2 peach fruit cups in water
    Total in- 1087

    E- 1.87 miles (18:12", mediocre time for me on this loop)
    Spin- 24 miles in 64 minutes
    Total out- 1113

    Total for the day=  -26. Bam! I just showed today who's boss!

    Great job Cnf especially with all the exercise. I didn't do as well as I wanted mostly due to my grandfather going to the hospital. B: whole wheat bagel thin with 35cal spreadable cheese L: taco salad no sour cream and a tiny bit of salsa so the only thing really bad was the sodium in the taco sauce.. I didn't have a snack or dinner which is bad and I had planned on doing yoga but spent my night at the hospital instead.

  • I think I'm going to start doing this too, because I just came back from being on vacation all last week and I feel so unhealthy and lazy!

    B:  Special K protein shake (I almost always have this because I can drink it in the car on my way to work!)
    L:  greek yogurt, Annie's organic cheese cracker/pretzel 150 calorie pack, granola bar
    S:  100 calorie pack of Quaker Oatmeal Squares cereal (In case you couldn't tell, I eat tons of pre-packaged 100 calorie packs since they're so easy to pack in my lunches!)
    D:  2 1/2 square slices of homemade mashed potato pizza (my fiance makes it and it's much better than the version at Uno!)
    Workout:  Walked 4 miles at a fast pace for an hour an a half
    S:  Mini bag of popcorn and a small glass of chocolate milk after my workout

    Yeah, I need to eat more veggies...

  • Yesterday was jbad cause was planning on getting a workout and rock climbing in but my climbing partner bailed on me so I ate extra calories that I ended up not burning :/ and instead of working out again that night I went out to eat with my dad and cousin.

    B: Protein shake and half a bagel with non fat cream cheese
    S1: Nature Valley Granola Bar
    L: half a turkey and cheese sandwich
    S2: 8 wheat ritz crackers with salami and cheese
    D: 1 lb of cajunt style peel and eat shrimp, 1 piece of corn and sweet potatoe fries, I have no idea how many calories that comes out to but I dont think I want to know cause its soo good.

  • The FI and I ended up walking to the Library after dinner Monday night and I made him walk with me further so we probably walked a mile.

    B- small bowl of Cheerios and my medium tumbler full  of iced coffee from the carton. typical staple for me this summer teaching summer school.
    L- I was naughty. Spend the whole afternoon at the hospital with my MOH and her new baby girl that I only have a few milk duds and my 15 Kashi crackers.
    S- Finished the other half of my soda when I got home from the hospital.
    D- Used a smaller dinner plate and had leftover chicken tortilla casserole.

    No exercise Tuesday. I was so tired after not being used to getting up at 5:45 for a week, hence leftovers! Lol.
  • Awe man. Yesterday was bad. I woke up at 11:00 and left for a job interview at 11:45. Then went to a Dungeons and Dragons game at 4:00 and didn't get back home until 3:00 am.

    B: None. I woke up to late =P

    L: 2 Dairy Queen hot dogs on my way to the intnerview.

    D: Pasta with some kind of home made pasta sauce (I was at a friends house)

    S: Small amount of ice cream

    Extra: I don't know how important this is but I also drank 3 bottles of hard cider and had a few shots of jack. (Fun night)
