Heinz Field reception

We looked into having our reception at Heinz Field, for around 200 people.  I've heard it's fairly reasonable... but for anyone who has had a reception there, how much did it cost per person (and what was included in that cost?).  And if you don't mind, how much did it cost total?  Any information regarding your Heinz Field experience would be greatly appreciated.. thanks!!!  -Ang

Kwynn had her reception there.  You should try paging her.

And I have to add, I was at kwynn's wedding/reception (she is a good friend from high school), and it was AMAZING. She can fill you in on the prices/specifics, but from a guest's standpoint, we had a great time, everything was gorgeous, the food was delicious (she had food stations, which was awesome). If it fits into your budget and works out for you, definitely do it. Such a cool experience!

I have the pricing information if you'd like me to send it to you just PM me your e-mail address.

Just some information on booking them:
We looked into having our wedding there April of next year but we needed to wait until the Pirate schedule came out.  If you want a fall wedding you need to wait until the Steeler/Pitt schedules come out, and for summer weddings you need to wait until the concert schedule comes out.   The only months you can book a year ahead is February and March.

I just saw this thread. I had my reception there and everything went perfectly. They could not have done a better job.

If you call them, I worked with Nikki, Kelli, and Caycee and all are AWESOME ladies.

I have a ton more info in my planning bio, but basically, what you see on their website as far as prices are what you get. There aren't hidden charges or fees or anything like that.

The scheduling can be a bit stressful, but I am SO GLAD I stuck it out and went with them. I was told that February/March could be booked a year in advance, so that's what I went with.

I've thrown it out there before, so I don't mind sharing what I spent. I had 140 guests on a Saturday night for my ceremony and reception (and I had a rehearsal the night before). I had a full open bar, rented the West Club Lounge, used the big screen above the bar for a continuous slide show, rented a dance floor, had all tables/chairs included, linens included, bartenders, service staff, went on the field and in the locker room for photos, they set everything up, I had "stadium style" concession stand appetizers, plus passed apps (mini pierogies, stuff like that), served salad, 3 food stations for a meal, and my cookies and cake served with coffee service, plus they cleaned everything up, for about 13k.

I love it and highly recommend it! :)
