So this morning, I made it my mission to contact several florists in my area (via email) to discuss their prices. We were going to DIY the flowers but if I can get a good deal then I will just have a florist do them...If not, DIY to the rescue.
So while I was looking at a florist's website, she had recommended several photographers on her page. I checked them out. One the photographers had a great website. His pictures were amazing. So I contacted him asked about their wedding session prices. His "assistant"
Amanda, e-mailed me and back and included a link that went to their prices. IT SAID $450 for a 3 hour session (this did not include the prints). I was like heck yes. One of the florist's other links had sent me to a photographer that had wedding sessions
as low as $3,000...So I was ready to jump all over this awesome deal that
Amanda had given me.
In reply to her link, I had explained that I was so happy I had found a photographer that was more in my budget and how the other places I had contacted wanted said amount...Miss snotty Amanda replied:
"Crystal,
I think we may have been that 'other photographer' - John' packages start at $3,500 and go to $8,000.
If you need to stay under that I would suggest you cut your budget elsewhere or rethink getting a photographer.
Cheers,
Amanda"
Geez...way to poop on my party. Maybe I read it wrong, but that just rubbed me the wrong way. So I then replied back (which I probably shouldn't have):
"Amanda,
If you need to keep a job and customers I would suggest you either stop giving people that link or correct it.
Cheers,
Crystal"
False information giving heffer...anybody know a good, budget friendly photographer? lol
