Cool bridesmaid gifts

I am looking for ideas for cool bridesmaid gifts that don't include putting their initials on something. I have been in so many weddings and have gotten bags, jewelry boxes, etc with my initials on them and never use them. My wedding isn't until July but I have 8 bridesmaids in my wedding and want to start buying them now so I'm not dropping a bunch of money at once. HELP!!

I plan on using an Etsy vendor to get these wonderful wood burned picture frames. The Vendor can actually wood burn the dress they are wearing into the wood frame and puts their name on it! They aren't that expensive either when you look at a per person price.

I know one of my BMs lurks on here (hi L!) so I don't want to totally divulge it. But I'm doing charm necklaces from Etsy, I'm knitting each of them something, and then getting them something specific to each girl. I'll probably put it all in a tote bag.
