Accountability!!!

Hello ladies

Accountability posts help us hold ourselves accountable for calories and workouts.  This is for those of us who need a little motivation to help shed those pre-wedding pounds.

B- Oatmeal
L- Yogurt, blueberries & granola

I was bad and had a cupcake after lunch today

W/O- from last night
15 mins of rowing with high resistance
15 mins of core training.

  • Today is my down day. I have been working out 6 day straight. This weekend I have an 11 mile race so the taper it makes me itch :/, 2 down days this week oh the horror. I'll probably do pilates and light weights.
