Website not showing up in search engine

I was wondering if anyone could help me with this issue-  When I search for my website in google search, nothing comes up.  We did not purchase our wedding domain and left the domain we were assigned.  Does this have something to do with it?  However, when I searched on the knot for my name, mine was the only one that did not have a link to my website.  A few of the others that did still had the same assigned website domain given, last name of bride and groom.ourwedding.com.  

Any help or advice on this would be much appreciated!

My wedding website has an option to not make it searchable, presumably so only guests with the address can find it. Perhaps you checked an option like that by mistake? Mine isn't through TK though so I can't speak to their particular system...
