Is it impossible to find a venue with Seattle city limits that let's you party to 12am and beyond and is under $1500?

    Check out EM Fine Art, it's in South Lake Union. I think it's under $1500. Are you looking for more than the typical 6 hour rental? Or just past midnight?

    My friend is having her wedding at Colombia city theater. I think they have the place until 3am .
