Milwaukee - Florist Recommendations! Please!

Right now our currently flower quote is $2200 and I can't stomach that. The quote for each table is $65, for 18 tables. I cant get comfortable with that amount.

The quote for bouquets and boutonnieres is $900. We have 6 bridesmaids, 6 groomsmen, me, fiancé, 4 flower girls. So there is a big group but is $900 feasible?

I don't want to go cheap on flowers, but I am mostly looking for basic white flowers for the table tops and we will add candles and so on.

Can anyone PLEASE help with a good florist recommendation that will do a great job and is reliable?? Thanks in advance for your help!

We used Sendik's...specifically the New Berlin store. So if you're in the Milwaukee/suburbs area, they are a great choice.

I don't think $2,200 is entirely unreasonable for what you're getting. Will you also have flowers for your parents and grandparents? Just asking, as I didn't see them mentioned and it's a pretty common thing to do.

    We are using Mayflowers.
    Our quote is $1,300.00
We have flowers for me and the groom, 6 bridemaids,
6 groomsmen, 2 ushers, ringbearer, flowergirl, 3 dads,
    2 moms, 1 grandmother, 22 tables

She is at a lot of the bridal shows and usually
has a flyer at them for free groomsmen boutonerres.
    We got our 6 free.

I also have heard good things about Sendiks,
but found the pricing was better through Mayflowers.

I'm working with Barb and Diick's Wildflower. I HIGHLY recommend them.

(but take out an i in Diick)

I used fake flowers I bought and put together at Michael's for bouquets, so you could consider that if you're not set on real.  I did want "real" bouts and got those at the Pick 'n Save in NB off Moorland.  They were $5 each for white carnations - simple/basic, but just what I wanted.  They do all sorts of fancier flowers too.

I saved a TON of $$, as fake bouquets & bouts for a bridal party of 14 came in less than $100.
