So BF and I had a rather important conversation today. We actually said out loud that we wanted to marry each other someday. Not "if things keep going the way they're going" but an actual "I want to marry you." We are both sure about this and it is an amazing feeling, knowing that you've found the person you want to spend the rest of your life with. 

Just to clarify, we are not engaged yet. This was more like "I want to marry you someday". 

I am so excited though and I feel so incredibly loved. I just had to share with y'all because I don't want to tell my family. They would start pressuring us for an engagement so no, thank you. 

Anyway, hope y'all had a great weekend! Btw, sorry for any formatting issues, I am writing this from my iPad.

That's so great! I totally get not wanting to talk about it with family. I told my mom when BF and I decided that we wanted to get married some day, she told everyone else, and I've gotten a lot of annoying pressure to get engaged since then!

It's always great to know that you are both on the same page about where your relationship is headed

I have no idea what he's thinking though as far as WHEN we would get married. I asked him yesterday if he had a timeline in mind and he said "Sorry, that's private. It should be a surprise."

I laughed and said "Ok, if you insist." Then I let the subject drop. I don't really plan on bringing it up again unless he does. I'm afraid of turning into one of those girls who pressure their BF to propose so my mouth is staying shut.

Though I do wish he had given me a timeline...but at the same time, it is sort of fun not knowing. I go back and forth on this lol. But for now, I'm just going to enjoy this feeling
