  • My weekend was horrible.  I ate all the food.  But I did work on a landscaping project 8 hours on Saturday and Sunday so I'm sure I burned some calories.

  • Since I was sick and only recently re-started with exercise, I decided to take some 'before' pictures.  I am unhappy.

  • For once I didn't eat too bad this weekend. FI and I did a lot of walking on Saturday. Sunday, the only bad thing I did was eat 2 homemade choc. cookies my mom and I made and I can't resist those.

  • Last week wasn't great - I was so busy and stressed that I hardly cooked, so we ended up eating out/ordering in way too much. I went food shopping yesterday though, so I am officially back on the wagon.

  • I had a mad binge on Friday night after dinner - I literally ate until I had a stomach ache - lots of random shiiiit and really anything I could get my hands on. . . and Saturday night I drank my weight in wine and had drunk tacos at 4am. Sooo, not a great weekend. I started my smoothie cleanse yesterday though, and so far it is going well.  My calories are going to look low to everyone, but that is kind of the point. The cleanse is only 3 days long, so don't  worry :) If anyone wants the recipes, let me know. 

    B: 1/3 beets n' berries smoothie, 1/2 cup overnight oats made with water only (394 cal)
    L: 1/3 beets n' berries smoothie, 1/2 cup brown rice, 2 boiled carrots (363 cal)
    S: 1 cup cucumber slices, 1 serving raw-vegan pea and almond spread (151 cal)
    D: 1/3 beets n'berries smoothie, 1 slice 7 grain sprouted bread, 1/2 serving pea and almond dip, 1 large portabello mushroom cap cooked (370 cal)

    E: 30DS Level 1 (HRM: 270 cal) I haven't done this work out in so long. It was still pretty tough even after p90x, but I was also using 10lb weights so there is that.

  • I ran a 10k this weekend. Beforehand, I ran 1.7 mi down to the start line because for half-marathon training, I was supposed to do 10 this weekend. On Saturday, I didn't eat anywhere near enough calories (600 under) while on Sunday, I ate all the things (400 over) so hopefully those evened things out.

    E: 3.4 mi run (+371 c)

    T = 956 - 371 = 585 ... so I have >700 calories to play w/ for dinner. It's MILs last night in town, so I'll have at least one glass of wine.
