You record some stuff about your wishes in case you aren't there to say them at the time. And you tell everyone you love them and stuff you want them to remember that you thought about them. So if anything goes wrong in the future, there is a video they can watch for support from you. That is the most confusing explanation ever but I hope it somewhat makes sense. I am recording mine this weekend. I'll briefly remind my bf to distribute my heirloom jewelry to my sisters, tell him it's okay to fall in love (when I've died) and a few other things. It's kinda sad to think about needing it, but if we do, I'll feel better that I've recorded one.
