    T = 1,507 - 326 = 1,181 leaves room for a glass of wine or beer while we play dominoes tonight.

    S: 15 almonds, 2 prunes, grande unsweeted iced green tea from subx (it is warm-ish here today - high of 50!) (154 cal)
    L: Turkey and swiss w/light mayo on (45 measley grams of) ww french bread, carrot, grapes (368 cal)
    S: Chobani 0% Black Cherry (140 cal)
    D: Kale, Black Bean, and Turkey Tacos on tortillas with 1/2 avocado (484 cal)

    E: Core Synergistics (HRM: 590 cal - I busted my ass today)

    as of right now:

    So this will be the first time I'm doing the accountability post but I'm determined to lose some pounds before my wedding in November. I've lost maybe 3lbs since Christmas but I would like to at least be 5-7lbs less by November.

    B: Banana and black coffee (95 cal)
    L: FiberOne Bar and string cheese (220 cal)
    D: Don't know yet, FI and I will probably get something together and it might involve alcohol (estimating 500 cal).

    E: 4 mile run this afternoon (+400 cal)

    Yes but that's not including dinner. I have no idea what I'll be eating for dinner yet which on Fridays usually isn't all that healthy soo it won't stay right there lol.

    ETA: Just realized my miscalculation haha...I'm terrible at Math. Dinner will be more than 500 cal, meant to do 500+.
