D:  steak fajitas with avocado, latin rice

E:  30DS L1 (did JM yoga last night instead)

ETA what I really snacked on, due to a crazy sore throat and being super hungry this morning.

    B: 1 egg + 3 egg whites scrambled with 1/3 cup baby spinach, ww english muffin, 1.5 tsp jam, coffee (293 cal)
    S: almonds and prunes (170)
    L: Turkey and swiss w/mayo and spinach on sandwich thin, carrot, grapes (397 cal)
    S: 6oz Chobani 0% Strawberry (140 cal)
    D: Lentil Soup, triscuts, asiago cheese (450 cal)
    S: Cottage cheese mixed with cashew butter and cocoa powder + stevia (210 cal)

    E: Core Synergistics - my HRM decided to stop recording my heart rate in the middle of my workout (which made me start crying. . . I've had a rough last week for some reason emotionally) BUT I've done this workout a dozen or more times so I just estimated my burn around 520 cal. which is probably low but w/e.

    I am on a mission. My mission is to finish this damn p90x program. I have 4 workouts left! I am seeing results - I can post pictures on Monday. I'm going to take a week off after I finish and then start another round. During that week I'm getting a massage. lol
