    The best advice I can give is NEVER go through a case without calling. Whether it be PayPal or eBay. It terrible, but It's kind of like 'who can get to mommy to tattletale first". We make sales off eBay, yet through eBay, a lot. EBay really can't do much about it if you call them. The worse they'll do is mark the sellers account for a week. Best bet is to call PayPal right away.

    Did you take pictures of every single item when you filed the dispute? Have you asked Paypal if you can file another dispute? If you paid with a credit card via Paypal, you can file the dispute with your credit card company and it will more than likely go through. 

    I cannot and will not use Paypal since someone fraudulently created an account in my name and left it $450 in the hole. I didn't find out for 6 years this had happened until I tried to set up a Paypal account myself and two weeks later got a collections notice in the mail. I've filed two disputes with Paypal and they have ruled against me. I believe the next step will be to take them to small claims.
