I imagine they were using labels to print their mailing list and you were duplicated. I've had that happen to me for other things.

I wonder if TK gave out your address. I got a TON of absolutely random mailers from vendors recently. I've had most of my vendors since last year and finished with the venue in January. I haven't been to any bridal shows or joined anything. I contacted them all to tell them I don't know what the heck list they bought but that it was a waste of their money. They wrote me back saying that they got my name and address from the Knot.  I changed my handle recently and I did put in my address, but it says right on the form that they will only send information that *I* request. I'm fairly annoyed about this since I did not request any of this.

You'll never be subject to a cash bar, gap, potluck wedding, or b-list if you marry a Muppet Overlord.

  • I'd just write "MOVED" on the front and cross out your address and drop them back in the mail.  Should take you off their mailing list when they receive it back.  Some people write "deceased" instead, but I think that can screw up some stuff if important companies get word (credit cards, etc.), but I don't know if that's an old wives tale or not

  • Yeah i know they had something to do with TK they had their logo on the front of each of them. And they all came in a stack in my mailbox yesterday.
