Conference Foods (NWR)

So, I have a conference in roughly two weeks that I'm planning/running.  Next week I have to do a run to BJs/Costco to pick up snacks and stuff for breakfast and our receptions.  Can I get thoughts on anything extra for snacks and breakfast foods?  I'm trying to stay away from stuff that needs to be cooked, as it's just me and the last time ex-boss's wife got involved in the kitchen, I wanted to throw eggs at her.  So, simplicity is what I'm going for.  Also, all beverages are being provided by our conference center, we will have coffee/tea/water/juice/soda available.

Breakfast:
Hard Boiled Eggs (I'll do these in advance)
Yogurt
Oatmeal
Fruit Salad

Snacks:
Cookies
Baked Chips
Whole fruit (clementines, probably)
Granola Bars
Crackers

Anything else?
I french with my man

[QUOTE]Non-toasted bagels or muffins would both be fine with me.

[QUOTE]I did suggest danishes and muffins for the last one, and was told they were too full of fat for our group.  I'm working with (mostly) older people.  I'll run muffins by new boss tomorrow and see what his thoughts are on at least muffins and bagels. If you guys think of anything else let me know!  I feel like I'm ready to tear my hair out over here.

Bran or wheat muffins are considered 'healthy' despite all the butter and oil in them.  They'll probably go right under the radar, and be appreciated.
