Yeah, Oreo will be a big manly roo when he grows up.  You CAN 'fix' a male chicken, and end up with something called a Capon, but it's a really dangerous surgery as their manly bits are internal and birds don't handle aneasthesia really well.

Or you could call male chickens Dinner too I suppose :P.
