wasn't sure what board to put this on

I don't know how to put this without sounding cheap or something but are you supposed to get a wedding gift if you are in the wedding? I got her a gift for the bridal shower but I wasn't sure about the wedding.

I feel the same.

Gifts are never required but I would feel like such a b*tch if I didn't give a gift.

I'm kind of in the same situation.  I spent way more money than I wanted to for her shower, and also got her a gift.  I also feel obligated to give money at the wedding because I dont want to seem cheap.

Gifts are never required, regardless of whether you are in the WP or not. If a gift isn't in your budget, I would at least write her a nice card. Also you could always wait and send a gift a few months after the wedding. A friend of mine who doesn't have a lot of money always waits until the couple has their photos, and makes a photo collage out of them. There are lots if Etsy sellers who have personalized gifts like that.
