I made a wedding website. So my question is Should you only tell people you know are inviting to the wedding about the website or can you tell anyone? Just seemed kind of rude to me to tell people who might not be invited.. i could be wrong tho

Your first instinct is right.   You wouldn't want to go waving around concert tickets and then say "oh, but you can't come with me. You know that, right?"
