Engagement Wing with Wedding Bands-- Opinions Needed

So I have two wedding bands, one on each side of my engagement ring. When I put all three rings on, it is way to tight. Once we get back from our honeymoon I am going to send 2 of the 3 in to get put together so that if I need to just wear 1 band, and not the E-Ring, I can.

NOW, my question is from Bee's that have had rings re-sized, did just the outside wedding band go up in size, or did you have to re-size all 3  rings. All of mine are size 5, but I am so confused what I should do to get it right the first time around!

Thank you for all your help!

  • Take all three rings to a jewler.  They can measure your finger at the spot where each ring will sit on your finger.  That should fix the problem.

  • Agree with AprilH81..... Jeweler can fix your problem or can give an alternative so that you can easily get over with the confusion of this.
  • My ering is a 6.5,my 2 bands are 6.25.

  • I worked in a jewelry store, if you are going to solder any ring to your engagement ring, then yes- they will size both rings so that they are the same size. Think of it becoming one thicker ring rather than 2 separate rings. The band that you are not having soldered to other 2 should be the same size as the other two or it will not lay correctly with the others.
