Hello! I am getting married in May and have bought a beautiful raw cut cathedral length veil to wear. I would like to attach my veil without a comb and without doing too much damage to the veil with bobby pins. I'm not planning on wearing a tiara or any other sort of headpiece. I am a little nervous about just balancing it on my head, has anyone seen this done in real life? I would like it to look like this:

Re: How to attach a veil without a comb
You could try this with some clear thread if you really don't want to sew the veil itself to a comb.

<div>Wonderful idea! Thank you!</div>
[QUOTE]That veil is attached with a comb! Look online at "drop veils". It has a comb but gives the illusion it's just on top of your head. This is actually very similar to the veil I bought. Thank you!
