Vacation!

I came to work super early today because I am leaving at noon for vacation and I just wanted to have extra time to wrap things up, and now I can't work because I am just so excited!

Has anyone been to San Antonio before? Recommendations for the area?

I am also so excited to see my little brother, and SO PROUD of him! We are going down there for his Air Force basic training graduation. I can't even believe it!

    Riverwalk is a MUST!  Take one of the boat tours.  Eat at one of the Mexican restaurants on the riverwalk and enjoy the people watching!!

    Go to Sea World if you can.

    Fiesta Texas is so-so.

    If you miss the Alamo, it's no big deal, I promise.  Just take a photo in front, and skip the tour.  We Texans LOVE the Alamo, but even we don't see the need to tour the itty bitty little thing. 

    However, if you can escape San Antonio, come to Austin.  I promise, Austin is WAY more awesome than SA.  ;)  Mostly becase Austin is PACKED with things to see and do!!
