E. It is finally nice out today! Run 4-5 miles (400-500 cals burned).

    B: Egg white omelet with zucchini and onion, coffee with unsweetened almond milk
    L: Salad with turkey, strawberries
    S: Chobani bite
    D: Have a dinner meeting for work, so not sure what they are serving...

    E. Aerobics/weight training- 500 calorie burn goal minimum.

  • After my "for shame week".... Trying to get back on track.
    B: skim milk & carnation b'fest essentials: 220 cal
    S: coffeeeeeee & creamer: ~80 cal
    L: Butternut squash soup & Dove chocolates: ~320 cal
    D: Not sure yet. I might make BBQ chicken pizza. And beer. Mmmmmm. (Blue Moon summer ale = delicious)

    E: Going to go for a walk after lunch, it's supposed to be gorgeous today. (Honestly probably only about 120 calorie burn, but, this isn't a "burn calories" type walk, more of a "get off my butt and be more active" walk.)
  • B: Chobani greek yogurt and a banana: 270 cals
    S: Protein Bar: 180 cals
    L: Vegetable Lasagna, carrots, and an apple: 400 cals
    S: Low fat cottage cheese and grape tomatos: 115 cals
    After Work Out: Protein Shake: 100 cals
    D: Healthy Choice frozen meal, broccoli: 340 cals

    E: Run 3 miles, lift weights: 500 ish cals, more if I lift for more than 30 min
  • B: chocolate coconut milk and oatmeal 230 cal
    S: Boom Chicka Popcorn 35cal
    L: salad bar 300cal
    S: apple and peanut butter 120 cal
    D: no idea yet - probably something not good because of time constraints. Maybe I will try for Panera or Qdoba, at least a little better than McD's. 

    E: not going to happen. I have to finish packing tonight, we might go look at a house, and I am getting waxed - no time!!!
