Destination wedding

My fianc and I are getting married in Puerto Rico next May. We are trying to keep the budget to 10k give or take. And our trying to keep our party to 40 max. Doing both are hard. How do you choose who's important enough to come? Do you allow kids? How do you choose vendors for reasonable prices without ever having met them? Lots of pre planning is needed

Since it's Puerto Rico, you should be able to find wedding packages that fit your budget. Just keep searching resorts until you find something. Or find a wedding planner in the area.

IMO, you have to allow kids if you have VIPs with kids. It's too hard for them otherwise, and they won't go.
