Hello,

A few weeks ago someone mentioned an egg sandwich that was paleo-friendly.  My coworker and I are trying to be more protein focused and I remembered the post - it had a recipe attached.

Trouble is, I can't find it ANYWHERE.  I searched and went back a few pages of posts.  Unchaten, was it you that posted?  Does anyone remember the recipe?

    Thanks anyway!  I saw your frittata post a few weeks back and am going to try it.
