Sunflower Seeds

Somebody on here was questioning the salt in sunflower seeds (can't remember for the life of me, and the search bar doesn't seem to work for me). Anyway, I looked on my packaged salted, roasted, shelled sunflower seeds from WF, and a tablespoon has about 30mg of sodium, which comes out to less than 2% of your RDV. So, do with that information what you will.

    I find it fascinating, because they taste so salty! And I love me some salt. Even if you ate a 1/4 cup, which seems like a lot, it's still only 5%.

    I wasn't going back to the other post but was it possible they were talking about the unshelled ones and yours are already shelled? I would assume most of the sodium would come from the flavoring on the outside of the shell.

    But I didn't read the other post so this might be completely offbase.
