I don't know how to do it.  But please be sure that you want to use the online RSVP option.  Because according to a lot of brides they found it to be quite a headache and would advise against it.  That was the reason I decided not to.  Here's the thread where they discussed it.

I've also heard that the Knot tools can be really glitchy.  Make sure you have a hard copy of your guest list if you're doing it on here!
