Grand Concourse venue

Anyone have any reviews on grand concourse?  I am thinking for both ceremony and reception.  I think my wedding will be small (around 50), so thought it would be a quaint/intimate venue.  Also curious how their costs compare?

    We looked there when we were wedding venue searching - the reception manager there left a lot to be desired and we were in and out of there in 5 minutes.
