Dutch Oven worth it?

Hi Ladies...I'm just wondering is a dutch oven worth adding to my registry??  What can you cook in it??

Yes!  You can cook everything in it.  I do meats - brown on the stove and then bake, pot roast, soup, stews, curries, tomato sauce.  Seriously everything.  I have two ~ 5 quart enameled cast iron dutch ovens, one Martha Stewart and one Le Creuset.  I HIGHLY recommend Le Creuset.

Yes-you can take it from stovetop to oven, and fry in it.
