Ok guys so I went on photo shoot for my prewedding photos.  And it was totally awesome.  I will post it in a reply to this post so i can delete it after today since if you are the original poster you cant delete it.

You looke FAB.   Sassy and everything.  Love your whole look and the gown is gorgeous.  Love the one shoulder.    Did you take your pics outside of your venue?

I took them at a local park....crazy thing is there was a million people out there....So I got a lot of attention.  It was quite fun.  People were very nice...saying congratulations and giving me well wishes.

It was free for me.  My friend has a really good camera but he is not a photographer.  I didnt want anything formal just something fun.  SO I grabbed my sister and one of my hostesses and we went to the park with a car load of stuff. Some of the pictures came out great and some of them not so much but they were free so I cant complain.  I figured he would get some good shots in there.  I plan to get a big one made on Shutterly and have it on display at the reception. The hard part was I had to change in my car but I had on a swim suit to it really wasnt too bad.  I have an SUV so there was enough room.

I think I looked at BOTH of these dresses... I love first dress... and the birdcage...

this friend that did your photos.. free... is he the person doing your wedding photos?? sorry for so many questions.. you know I ask a lot of questions.....

Did he choose your poses.. or did you and your girls decide??? weren't you nervous around all the people in the park??

Which park was this?? in the city or county??

I really think your shoes are cute.. (I peeped them at your shower..) did you pose like that in the last pic to show off your shoes??

No problem about all the questions girl.  Here are your answers.

He is not my official photographer but he is taking pictures at my wedding as our wedding gift.  He said since he wasn't an "official photographer" and though he loves me he didn't want his pictures to be the only pictures I had from the wedding.  Just in case he messed up some shots or poses and all that stuff.  So I said hey...the more pictures the merrier and so it was all good.

He did choose some of the poses and some of them he just said go with the flow.  He took over 300 shots.  Some good and some bad because of lighting, the sun, people in the shot, etc but he got enough good ones that I am content.

Its a park in the city...but it is in the middle of the city not too far from Loyola University.  It is in the middle of a residential neighborhood.  I can get the exact info for you.  But it is very pretty and lots of places to take pictures.

Thanks for the compliment about my shoes.  He just kinda told me to do stuff so we just went with the flow.  So he said show me your ring!  and we just took a bunch of shots of me showing my ring.

I wish I could have had pictures with my girls but they are all over the country so we all wont be in one place until the wedding.

I am still deciding on what to display for the wedding.  I will probably pick out a few that I like and have you guys help me decide.  Since you can get pictures back pretty quick from shutterfly I have until about two weeks before the wedding to order.  But I will probably be making that decision by Monday just so I can get it ordered.


I wasnt really nervous....people were so nice.  They moved when we asked they let me use benches that they were sitting on, etc.  So not so nervous...probably most nervous when I was changing in the car.  But people were so helpful.  THere were kids in the park and they kept singing Here comes the bride...so cute!
