Hey ladies we are 65 days out O_o and have a meeting with venue tomorrow. I know we have to discuss room setup and drop of times for delievers but I know im forgetting something. Anyobe who is as close or closer to your date what did you all go over?

Timeline.
Who is bringing what and when
What can be done 3 days out, 2 days out, 1 day out
What happens in the event something is running of schedue
who will be there the actual day of from their staff
What other events are happening the night before / day of
An actual floor plan needs to be presented to you , in drawing
if applicable where are your holding rooms
When can you do last tasting
are there shortages on any food items on your menu and if so what will be substituted
Who will recieve items?
Who will move gift items at the end of the night?
What is the staff not allowed to throw away?
