Invitation stress

So, my mom and wedding planner just dumped invitation duty on me.  The wedding is in August, so I have time.
The problem is I want a very specific paper.  http://gartnerstudios.com/content/purple-handmade-paper-wedding-invitation-kitI don't want to DIY the invites.  Does anyone know of any printers in Pittsburgh that either have similar paper or can use the paper I provide?  I honestly don't know the budget, but I want to keep it realistic.
Also, does anyone know anything about doing wax seals on thier invites?

whatever you do-don't purchase the glittery wax from michael's. it doesn't work. i gave up with it and never bothered to return what i hadn't used. a few months later i was in the bridal aisle and saw a girl feverently tearing through the wax selection. turns out she had purchased the same stuff, it didn't work for her either, and she had wedding invites that had gotten ruined from trying to get the wax seal to work. it doesn't seal well and the glitter makes the consistency difficult to really see what you have imprinted in the seal.

In terms of printers that do invitations you provide - I was recently told that Kinko's will print your wedding invites, so that could be an option!
