Paper Lantern Lights?

What is the easiest/cheapest route to go when purchasing round paper lanterns for a wedding reception?  I want them to be lit up so is it cheaper to order the lanterns offline then find battery operated lights for them elsewhere?  Or just buy them prelit already?  Any input would be very much appreciated!

We just rented our through the rental company we got our tent from.  Being from OOT it was just easier.  It cost about $150-200 (with lights).  I can't remember how many we got, but it lined our 40x60 tent from the corners to the center.  We had 2/3 10 inch and 1/3 14-inch.

Now hanging them was what was expensive.  We were required to have a professional hang them per our tent contract.  Make sure you check with your venue on their rules about hanging lights.
