One parent hosting the reception

We are about to elope and my fiance's mother has offered to host a reception a few weeks after we return. Both of my parents recently passed away as well as my fiance's father. How should the invitation to the reception read?

I don't know if there's a "set" way to do this. But whatever you do, make it VERY CLEAR that you are already married.
You could try something like:

Mrs. Sally Groomsmother
Requests the pleasure of your company
at a reception honoring the newly married

Katie Elizabeth Maidenname and John Steven Lastname

Saturday, the twenty-second of June
Two thousand thirteen
Six o'clock

XYZ Venue
City, State

Mr and Mrs FIsLastname were married April 12, 2013 in Destination, Location
